Editorial Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
This page explains how guides on PampaPlanner are made, who is responsible for them, and what you can expect from us.PampaPlanner is edited by Emiliano Aguiar, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Research and sources
- We research guides using official sources wherever they exist: Argentine government websites, official agencies, embassies and consulates, and the official sites of the operators and services we write about.
- When a guide states a rule, requirement, fee or other fact that readers may rely on, we link to the source we used so you can check it yourself.
- When official sources are unclear or incomplete, we say so instead of guessing.
Use of AI tools
We use AI tools as assistance for research and drafting (for example, to help organize information, suggest structure or produce a first draft). AI output is never published as-is. A human reviews every guide, checks facts against the sources, and edits it, and Emiliano Aguiar gives final approval before anything is published.
Dates and updates
- Every guide shows when it was first published and when it was last updated.
- We review guides periodically and update them when we learn that something has changed.
- Time-sensitive information (such as prices, exchange rates, fees and entry, visa or residency requirements) changes often in Argentina. We flag it as subject to change, and you should always confirm it with the official source before acting.
Corrections
If you spot an error or something outdated, please tell us through the contact page. We review every report. When we correct a guide in a meaningful way, we update its "Last updated" date and, where relevant, add a short note explaining what changed.
Editorial independence, ads and affiliate links
- We decide what to write about and what to recommend based on what we believe is useful to readers.
- The site shows ads (served by Google AdSense) and some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy or sign up, at no extra cost to you.
- Affiliate relationships and advertisers never decide what we recommend, and we don't accept payment for positive coverage.
- Pages with affiliate links show a short notice, and our full Affiliate Disclosure & Disclaimer explains how this works.
Not professional advice
Our guides are general information, not financial, legal, tax or immigration advice. For decisions about your own situation, consult a qualified professional. See our disclaimer.
